How It Works

The Build Completes

Assurance picks up where AM leaves off, already knowing which model was printed, on which machine, with which material and settings.

STEP 02

Capture The Part

The finished part is captured, so the thing being judged is the part that actually exists rather than the model it was supposed to match.

STEP 03

Compare Against The Source

Measured geometry is held up against the original model and its tolerances, and every deviation is reported with a number attached to it.

STEP 04

Qualify, Certify And Sign Off

The part passes, fails or goes to review, and whichever happens is written into a record and a certificate that stay with it.

Why It Matters

Prediction Is Not Proof

AM tells you a print should succeed. That is worth a great deal, and it is still a forecast. For anyone shipping parts into a machine, a vehicle or a patient, the question is not whether the build was likely to work, but whether this specific part in this specific box measures up.
