The Workflow

How It Works

Four steps that turn a part coming off the plate into a part you can put your name on.

STEP 01

The Build Completes

Assurance picks up where AM leaves off, already knowing which model was printed, on which machine, with which material and settings.

STEP 02

Capture The Part

The finished part is captured, so what gets judged is the part that actually exists rather than the model it was supposed to match.

STEP 03

Compare Against The Source

Measured geometry is held against the original model and its tolerances, and every deviation is reported with a number attached to it.

STEP 04

Qualify, Certify And Sign Off

The part passes, fails or goes to review, and whichever happens is written into a record and a certificate that stay with it.

Why The Order Matters

Nothing Has To Be Re-Entered

Most quality work is slow because the information is scattered. The model lives in one place, the build log in another, the measurements on a clipboard, and someone rebuilds the story afterwards from all three.

Because Assurance sits downstream of Creative and AM on the same platform, the part already knows where it came from. The record assembles itself rather than being reconstructed.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Assurance available today?
Yes. Qualification, inspection, defect detection, certification and traceability are all covered, and pilot partners get it at founding partner rates.
Do I need the AM module to use it?
They are designed to work together, because Assurance already knows the model, machine and settings when AM handled the build. It is intended to be usable on its own as well.
How will parts be measured?
Using the equipment your quality team already owns, rather than requiring new hardware. Tell us what you measure with and we will confirm the fit.
Which standards will it support?
Certificates are built around what your customers and auditors actually ask for. Tell us which standard your parts ship against and we will show you that format.
